Seats and team collaboration limits
The Free plan supports up to 2 workspace members, including the owner. This enables solo developers or project creators to invite one additional collaborator to work directly in the workspace at no charge.
Upgrading to Pro expands team capacity to up to 5 workspace members. Workspace Owners and Admins can invite team members via email and assign built-in Owner, Admin, Editor, or Reviewer roles, or configure custom roles.
Media asset storage quotas (100 MB vs 1 GB)
While structured text and relational content live in your own database, SCHMA provides managed edge-optimized media asset delivery for uploaded images, graphics, and documents:
- Free Tier: 100 MB of media storage with global CDN delivery.
- Pro Tier: 1 GB of media storage with global CDN delivery and asset optimization.
Webhook endpoint allowances (2 vs 5 active endpoints)
Webhooks trigger on-demand cache revalidation and external workflow automation when content is created, updated, or published. Both plans include cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signature verification:
- Free Tier: Up to 2 active webhook endpoints with standard delivery.
- Pro Tier: Up to 5 active webhook endpoints with BullMQ queue processing, jittered retries, and high concurrency.
AI Content Engine and BYOK provider support
SCHMA includes managed AI tokens on both plans: 5,000 managed tokens per month on Free, and 100,000 managed tokens per month on Pro for schema drafting, field translation, and SEO metadata generation. Upgrading to Pro also unlocks Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) architecture, allowing you to connect your own API credentials for compatible providers and endpoints:
- OpenAI-compatible: GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, and compatible gateways
- Anthropic-compatible: Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 3.5 Haiku, and compatible endpoints
- Google AI: Gemini 1.5 Pro, Gemini 1.5 Flash
- OpenRouter: Multi-model routing and open-weights models
- Local & Custom Endpoints: Ollama, LM Studio, OmniRoute, and vLLM
Pricing and billing cycles
Pro subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing. Pro is priced regionally at £20 per month in the UK, €25 per month in the European Union, and $25 per month for the rest of the world. Annual billing provides two months free upfront across all regions (£200/year in the UK, €250/year in the EU, and $250/year for the rest of the world). Billing is managed securely via Stripe.
The higher-tier Max plan is currently marked as Coming soon. Official pricing and custom enterprise limits for Max will be announced upon launch.
